Our lawful ground for this processing is the performance of a contract between you and us and/or taking steps at your request to enter into such a contract.

We process this data to operate our website and ensure relevant content is provided to you, to ensure the security of our website, to maintain back-ups of our website and/or databases, and to enable publication and administration of our website, other online services and business. Our lawful ground for this processing is our legitimate interests which in this case are to enable us to properly administer our website and our business.

The source of this data is from our analytics tracking system. Our lawful ground for this processing is our legitimate interests which in this case are to enable us to properly administer our website and our business and to grow our business and to decide our marketing strategy.

Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your racial or ethnic origin, physical or mental health and sexual orientation. We require your explicit consent for processing sensitive data, so when you submit your details you will be asked to provide your consent for the processing of this type of data.
Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract. If you do not provide us with the requested data, we may have to cancel a service you have ordered but if we do, we will notify you at the time.
We will only use your personal data for the purpose it was collected for or a reasonably compatible purpose if necessary. If we need to use your details for an unrelated new purpose, we will let you know and explain the legal ground for processing.

We may pass your information to our third-party providers, agents, subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (for example to process payments or enrol you in online training courses).
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
Certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. If you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
Our courses are hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”) who are based in Canada. They provide us with the online course creation platform that allow us to sell our services to you. Your data is stored through Thinkific’s data storage, databases and the general Thinkific application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. As at February 2019 the Information Commission had made a partial finding of adequacy for Canada which only covers data that is subject to Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Your choices
You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. We will not contact you for marketing purposes by post, email, phone, or text message unless you have given your prior consent. How you can access and update your information: your legal rights
Under data protection laws you have rights in relation to your personal data. These rights include the right to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, transfer, to object to processing, to portability of data, and where the lawful ground of processing is consent, to withdraw consent.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data or to exercise any of the other rights. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive, or we can refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data or to exercise any of your other rights. This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case we will notify you.
Use of cookies
Like many other websites, the Plan4Sport website uses cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information sent by an organisation to your computer and stored on your hard drive to allow that website to recognise you when you visit. They collect statistical data about your browsing actions and patterns and do not identify you as an individual. It is possible to switch off cookies by setting your browser preferences.

Data security
We have put in place security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, altered, disclosed, or accessed without authorisation. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they must keep it confidential. We have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach if we are legally required to do so.
